Vertical proof pack

Finance & Billing Operations Pack.

Ten rendered starter documents for teams that need customer-ready invoices, tax invoices, receipts, credit notes, remittance advice, statements, aged receivables, and vendor finance documents from data they already control.

What it proves

Enterprise billing documents from structured application data.

Teleza does not replace an accounting ledger, tax engine, payment processor, collections platform, ERP, or source-of-truth finance system. It renders documents from finance records your application already controls.

Bill, credit, receive

Invoice, usage, tax, credit, receipt, and remittance fields stay tied to customer and payment references.

Statements and aging

Customer activity, aged receivables, closing balance, and vendor statement records can be rendered consistently.

Enterprise controls

Tenant isolation, audit fields, approval status, retention class, and private-cloud evaluation are visible in the pack manifest and checklist.

Enterprise controls

  • Tenant-scoped API keys, report definitions, and generated documents.
  • Reserved audit fields for document numbers, customer references, payment references, integration references, approval status, and retention class.
  • Clear boundaries around ledger posting, tax calculation, payment capture, collections, ERP, and reconciliation authority.
  • Private-cloud deployment path for regulated invoice, customer, and payment data.
  • Evidence-gated claims through the finance pack test script and rendered sample assets.
  • Source-system ownership for billing, usage, tax, payment, ledger, ERP, receivables, and vendor records.
  • UAT reconciliation of rendered totals against buyer-controlled source-system totals.
  • Buyer-approved retention class before production finance document generation.

Enterprise control matrix

Each document is mapped to a buyer-owned source system, finance owner, audit identifiers, and risk boundary. Teleza owns rendering and export evidence; the buyer remains the authority for balances, taxes, payments, credits, collections, ERP posting, and vendor approval.

Production gates

Tenant isolation, data classification, reconciliation, retention, payment safety, tax boundary, and hosted/private-cloud decision.

Audit identifiers

Document numbers, customer or account references, payment references, integration references, approval status, and retention class.

Enterprise evaluation standard

This pack is ready for enterprise evaluation when a design partner can inspect ten rendered PDFs, review the data contract and enterprise controls, search the gallery for finance or billing, understand the ledger/tax/payment/collections/ERP boundary, and run the local demo script without relying on hosted seed identifiers. Enterprise review also requires source system ownership, UAT reconciliation, and retention approval.

Shared data contract

The beta pack keeps the first integration predictable with a narrow field contract: invoice, credit note, receipt, statement, remittance, customer, account, payer, payee, currency, payment, bank, tax, billing entity, source system, approval, retention, line-item, transaction, invoice allocation, subtotal, tax, total, paid amount, and closing balance fields.

Source-system ownership

In production, billing owns invoices and usage, tax or finance workflow owns tax values, payment or treasury workflow owns settlement references, ledger or ERP owns balances, and procurement or payables owns vendor authority. Teleza should never be configured as the finance source of truth.

These ten templates are existing rendered outputs from the starter catalog. Each sample links to the PDF, HTML preview, and full gallery entry for the same template key.

Not a finance system

Teleza automates generated documents from structured records. It does not provide ledger posting, tax calculation, payment capture, refund adjudication, chargeback handling, collections workflow, ERP reconciliation, or finance source-of-truth logic.
